There’s still time to check out Andria Theatre’s Art in the Park festival – Alexandria Echo Press

Art in the Park

, Andria Theatre’s major fundraiser, is underway. There is still plenty of time to check out the two-day festival.

Art in the Park, which takes place at City Park, is open today, Saturday, July 27, until 5 p.m. It will run tomorrow, Sunday, July 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There are more than 100 art vendors and nine food vendors, and there is two stages of entertainment today with one stage of entertainment on Sunday.

Some of the categories for the vendors include apparel/wearables, ceramics/pottery, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, textiles/fabrics, photography and much more.

The food vendors include Griggs Cuisine, Midwest Concessions, Papa K’s Rescue BBQ, Royal Concessions, Notsch and Hoffman Concessions, Doug’s Kettle Korn, Sweet and Dandy Concessions, Ruby’s Pinoy Food Truck and Beau Coffee Company.

Entry is free both days, but there is a $5 parking fee per vehicle. All proceeds go to the Andria Theatre. Organizers ask everyone to come for the art, the variety of ethnic and Minnesota food options and the variety of entertainment that will be performed on two separate stages within the park.

This is an outdoor event so be prepared for any type of weather. If hot, as it has so often been, make sure to stay hydrated. Water is available to purchase from several food vendors or plan to bring your own.

Saturday, July 27

1 p.m. – Creek Avenue

2 p.m. – Zoe Says Go

2 p.m. – Alex the Traveler

3 p.m. – Ben Stoeck

4 p.m. – Johari Tribe

Sunday, July 28

10:30 a.m. – Sawyer’s Dream

1 p.m. – Adam Hammer

2 p.m. – Alex the Traveler
